Dreams.com is not responsible for any consequences, whether direct or indirect, as a result of your dreams having been shared with others on the Dreams.com website or any other Dreams.com media or material. While Dreams.com will attempt to ensure all dreams posted are anonymous, Dreams.com makes no guarantee of privacy or anonymity.
By submitting your dream to Dreams.com, you agree that your sole recourse for damages and the maximum liability of Dreams.com arising from or relating to any use, submission, dream interpretation, posting, and/or responses to Dreams.com shall be removal of the submitted dream. Dreams.com shall not be liable to User for any punitive, exemplary, consequential, incidental, indirect, or special damages resulting from the User submitted content, the interpretation of the submitted content, communication between User and Dreams.com representatives, mistakes, omission, interruptions, deletion of files, errors, defects, delays in operation or transmission, or any failure of performance whether under a theory of breach of Terms of Use, negligence, strict liability or otherwise, regardless of whether Dreams.com has been advised or is aware of the possibility of such damages. The limitations set forth in the preceding sentence shall survive failure of an exclusive or limited remedy.
